Ficep are continually developing machines for all applications in Fabrication. The latest of which is the new Tipo C range of machines for thinner materials than normally associated with Structural Steel.

This machine has been developed to process materials from 1mm to 20mm thick, the machine combines High Definition Plasma Cutting with Punching, Drilling, Marking, Tapping, Milling and Countersinking all on the one machine, a complete machining centre for sheet steel material.

The TIPO C is typically suited to the agricultural, yellow goods or transport equipment industries as well as general fabrication where we can show significant advantages over Laser cutting applications.

The A 162 angle line is the first of a new generation of systems manufactured with the latest canbus systems to reduce the need for huge electrical cabinets with masses of cables and long installation periods, This flexible angle machine can also process flat bars and is built to meet the demands of the smaller fabricator.

A new range of high speed drilling and sawing systems the Orient, Vanguard and Enterprise range have been launched with the very latest in carbide, cobalt and high speed drilling technology coupled with new sawing systems that can be used separately or as an automatic combined systems with patent pending scribing technology developed by Ficep over the past 3 years. This range of machines has been introduced to many of the top UK fabricators and has been well proven in output and superior performance.
