Ficep manufacture a wide range of CNC punching
and shearing systems for angles, from the new low cost A162
machine, whose characteristics include:
- Two independent punching units for punching each leg of
the angle
- Loading and unloading transfer tables and roller ways
- Facility to add to the basic machine the 36 station hard
stamping unit
- Hydraulic shearing unit to cut the angles at 90 degrees
without scrap
- Reduced dimensions
- Easy programming
- Fast tool change
- Processing of material from 30mm x 30mm to 160mm x 160mm
The large range of angle lines in the Ficep range offer all
sizes of steel construction companies the ability to produce
in a quick and flexible way.
The standard lines for angles are predisposed to pass quickly
to the processing of u-profiles and flats, minimizing set
up. They can receive optional marking and drilling units in
order to increase the processing flexibility, profiles up
to 300mm X 300mm can be efficiently processed.
The basic configuration adopts an in feed conveyor with idle
rolls to handle 12 metre long bars. Our conveyor is equipped
with a supporting monorail for the carriage, which positions
and carries angles longitudinally.
Conveyors are equipped with a telescopic pincher to optimise
the feeding of angles coming from the loading table and with
optional automatic handling systems we offer complete processing
flexibility.
The machines in the range have either 2 or 3 punches per
leg, and are also equipped with the fast tool change system.
Other features of these machines include a shearing unit with
a fast blade change device, as well as a choice of optional
material hard stamping devices. |
