Ficep manufacture and supply a range of fully
CNC controlled drilling and sawing lines. These include the
low cost, single spindle Victory 11 drilling system, ideal
for the small fabricator who is looking to move into automated
manufacturing. As well as this, Ficep also have a comprehensive
range of three spindle DF and DJ machines. These are automated
processing centres, which enable the following:
- Loading of beams automatically through powered tables
and rollers
- Carry out simultaneous drilling operations on the profile
flanges and web
- Carry out automatic marking operations using the patented
scribing system
- Sort the processed pieces automatically
- Control the complete working cycle through the machine
CNC connected to host computers
- Automatic download of detailed information from the customers
CAD software packages
- In the DFB and DJB models, carry out straight or mitred
cuts on a close coupled band saw
- Carry out milling operations in beams, using the latest
technology
- On the DJTT models drilling and thermal coping operations
on a close-coupled system
- Cutting with either oxy fuel or now with the latest plasma
technology
