The family of products for processing plates include the entry-level 80t and 110t hydraulic punching machines (P803A & P1104)

These offer either 3 or 4 punching stations, the ability to hard stamp the plates, and also the option of a drill. Giving increased flexibility to the customer.

TIPO A, B & C

The Tipo ABC range of machines enables automated production of plates in the work place.

The Tipo machines are the ideal machines for punching, drilling, marking, counter sinking, tapping, milling, and cutting using either oxy or plasma cutting technology.

These machines are designed to process large plates, and have tables starting at 3000mm x 1500mm and arriving up to 12000mm x 2500mm. Completing several operations in automatic mode is the best way to reduce running costs and material handling.

With the Tipo range of machines finished components are produced with incredible precision and at low cost.

TIPO D 4 / D8

The Tipo D range of CNC lines has been designed for the cutting and punching of flats and additionally for the processing of angles. The basic configuration includes a 6 metre long in feed table provided with a pincher on a powered carriage for longitudinal positioning of the work pieces.

The infeed cycle includes an automatic device for bar length measuring. Both models offer punching using either 4 or 8 punching stations, the optional facility to drill both flat bar or angle, as well as hard stamping the material using the 36 station daisy wheel.

These machines are also capable of processing shaped plates, by adding the plasma cutting option. Thus enabling the customer to have a fully integrated plate and angle-manufacturing cell.
