Ficep celebrates MACH 2022 success

Ficep UK finally enjoyed a successful visit to Birmingham’s NEC at the start of April as the business exhibited at the MACH 2022 event. An estimated 20,000 visitors descended on the exhibition centre over five days, leading to hundreds of new enquiries for the business.

The focal point of Ficep’s stand at the show was the new automated Kronos machine. The gantry-style plasma cutting and drilling system garnered plenty of attention, as did the unique high quality video wall that enabled Ficep to have a live link to its Italian headquarters where live demonstrations of its world class machinery were taking place.

Also on the stand was a recent addition to the Ficep UK portfolio, its successful tool vending machine. The machine has been a huge hit since its introduction, revolutionising tool stock by making tools and consumables readily accessible in-house, saving customers time and money whilst improving stock control.

Chris Berriman, UK Sales Manager at FICEP UK, says: “The event had a great atmosphere and a real buzz about it that the industry has been missing after MACH was postponed twice during the pandemic. We were pleasantly surprised by the attendance and were certainly kept busy on our stand from opening to closing.

“One of the main reasons we attend trade shows is the chance to catch up with some of our clients face-to-face and it was great to have the chance to do that once again. We made some fantastic connections that we’re looking forward to following up on in the coming weeks.

"Every part of the Ficep stand was very well received, and our traditional popcorn machine at our events was definitely a hit with visitors!”
