Ficep UK enhances customer support
Ficep UK has boosted its inhouse team with the appointment of software engineer and support, Adam Halling.
Adam brings a wealth of knowledge to the Ficep UK team, including his specialist knowledge of production management software solution Steel Projects. Prior to joining the business in May, Adam spent ten days training on-site at the Steel Projects headquarters in Vienne, France.
Ficep UK customers can reach out to Adam with any queries or issues and receive timely feedback to ensure their systems continue to run effortlessly and productivity is unaffected.
Adam says: “It’s amazing how far software has come in just the last few years and how much has been made possible. I find it very interesting to see how simple drawings are used to create such accurate end projects.
“I’m fortunate to be able to tailor my day to accommodate what our customers need. There’s also a certain amount of planning needed to schedule software upgrades and migrations. Currently Steel Projects provides two weekly minor patch updates, as well as two more major updates per year.”
Ficep UK has proudly partnered with Steel Projects since 2013, providing a UK-based team to address the needs of our customers. This partnership ensures that our clients benefit from the latest advancements in production management software, tailored to meet the specific demands of the steel fabrication industry.
Primarily based at Ficep UK’s Wakefield head office, Adam will also be attending occasional site visits if customers need a little extra support. Adam will also be on site during new machine installations and subsequent staff training.
